The EV States Clearinghouse is a one-stop shop for state agencies as they plan for and implement EV infrastructure programs under the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (also known as the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, or “BIL”). This site is a repository for EV program documents from the states, current state-level EV roadmaps, EV siting and assessment tools, and other resources, and will provide guidance on how these resources may help with BIL implementation. This site is designed to complement DriveElectric.gov, the official website of the Joint Office of Energy and Transportation.

This is a living site that will continue to evolve as states work through various phases of EV infrastructure implementation under the BIL, and as more information becomes available. In the coming years this website will grow to provide information and resources to help states implement other transportation electrification programs.
